Shannon Faulk is currently the President of the Board of Trustees and Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of the Los Angeles County Family of Museums. He was appointed to the Board of Governors and Trustees in 2008 representing the 2nd District by Board Supervisor Yvonne Braithwaite-Burke then reappointed by Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas. The family of museums includes: the National History Museum, the La Brea Tar Pits and Museum and the William S. Hart Museum. Additionally, he serves on the Public Affairs Committee and Strategic Planning task forces.
